It comes with a protective port cap to prevent dust from entering the camera.

Please note: we can only guarantee that this adapter will work with our rehoused lenses. It will also work with many rehoused photo lenses and many zoom cinema lenses. However, many cinema lenses have longer, protruding mounts and black elements that prevent them from fitting inside the adapter.
